I have come to coaching in my mid forties so I am definitely not a "kid" fresh out of college and lacking in life experience. I sincerely feel that I am at an amazing place in my life and the years that have led me into the coaching profession have included quite a colourful array of experiences, and growth opportunities.

I have a first hand understanding of how growing up in a dysfunctional family can affect many areas of a person's life well into adulthood. As a result of some of the "adventures of my misspent youth" I also have a deep capacity to empathize with issues surrounding substance abuse and addiction, depression, trouble with the law, authority issues, as well as physical, emotional and sexual abuse (rape).

You could say I have "been there.. done that", and collected quite a few "T shirts" along the way. There is very little about my past that I now regret because I have come to the understanding that every path I have taken and every stone I have over turned, picked up, thrown away or tripped over has contributed to making me who I am today. I love that person whole heartedly.

I have been gifted with the ability to connect deeply and authentically with people that I work with and be fully present with them in each moment, while attuned to the nuances not just of what they say but how they say it.

A special area of interest of mine is working with men and women that desire a deeper sense of understanding and intimacy with their own sexuality as well as with their partners. I feel that my interest in the realm of Tantra, Taoism and the work of David Deida helps to give me unique insight into the masculine and feminine dynamics that exist within each of us and between us and others in our lives. Everywhere we look and in almost all of our on going interactions there are power and energy exchanges at work that affect how well we connect with people we love, live and work with.

I have a tremendous amount of experience helping people be open and honest about some of the things that are hardest to talk about by offering a non judgmental and nurturing presence to them. I would like for you to rest assured that you could talk to me about ANYTHING (especially the "kinky or scary stuff") without fear of rejection or ridicule and that anything you talk to me about is strictly between us.

I am a Body Electric trained "Sacred Intimate" and I am continuing to pursue sacred sexual healing work this summer when I attend their "sexological bodywork" certification program with the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco CA.

Other authors and teachings that I draw strength and inspiration from include; The Teachings of Abraham through Jerry & Esther Hicks, The Law of Attraction. I enjoy healing and inner discovery works by authors like Dr. Wayne Dyer, Byron Katie, and Don Miguel Ruiz.

I also strongly feel that when we are whole, fulfilled beings unto ourselves, we are in a better position to move into loving and fulfilling relationships and my life experience has taught me a great deal about how to gain a greater sense of purpose and contentment as an individual so that you have more to offer to an intimate partner and to the world. I would love to share some of that experience with you and help you find your own path to that sense of joy that comes with living your dreams.

I have sincere and heartfelt intentions around helping people to "follow their bliss". I have found that doing what you LOVE to do is one of the surest paths to happiness and fulfillment and I LOVE to help others to follow their dreams and learn how to be their authentic selves. Together we can explore what it is you truly want from life, and then work out how you can make it happen!
